Bandana Slide- Arrowhead Bison

The perfect compliment to our Custom Bandanas, our hand carved slides. Artisan made and crafted in the Southwest, each one is unique. Designed as an homage to the slides or woggles seen as a necesary part of a Boy scout's uniform.

One of three styles created for us, this is an arrowhead with a detailed bison ebedded to top. The arrowhead is simply the sharp tip end of the arrow.  This sharp stone tip was used to pierce the flesh of the animal being hunted, either killing or maiming it. These stone arrowheads were attached to the shaft of the arrow by being set into a slot in the end of the shaft by tying the arrow shaft with sinew, rawhide or cord which passed through the notches.

Each slide is unique. Let us choose one for you.
