Chain Stitch Patch- Lucky Black Cat Head

The folklore surrounding black cats varies from culture to culture. In Western history, black cats have typically been looked upon as a symbol of evil omens and bad luck. The BLACK CATS developed by the Range Tailor have quite a different meaning. With inspiration taken from the journals of pilots and servicemen during WWI & WWII, the black cat became a symbol of good luck and bravery. Serving on battleships and in the trenches, cats proved their heroism in dire situations by acting as mousers, mascots, and affectionate companions.
