Dixon Rand's WILD WEST SHOW pays homage to the original showman himself, Buffalo Bill. The golden age of outdoor shows began in the 1880s, and with his theatre experience Buffalo Bill was skilled in the use of press agentry and poster advertising. His fame and credibility as a westerner added star appeal and authenticity to the traveling western performances that lasted for over 30 years.
