The newest addition to our Smokey Collection. A statement patch celebrating the National Park Service. Created on August 25, 1916, by Congress through the National Park Service Organic Act, the NPS is an agency of the United States Department of the Interior. Charged with a dual role of preserving the ecological and historical integrity of the spaces entrusted to its management, tasked with making them available and accessible for public use and enjoyment.
Crafted on a 100 year old vintage chainstitch machine, handmade in the U.S.A. This patch is great combined with other 'badges' to create a composition. Easy iron on application (add outline sewing for a more permanent application). Black, Rust, Brown, Tan, Green and Gold embroidery on white scrim felt. Due to the handmade nature of this item, all pieces will vary slightly.
