ORDERS AND SHIPPING

ORDERING

Apparel- Most Dixon Rand products are crafted in raw denim. Please reference our Size Guide when selecting your size. When washed, the denim will shrink between .5" to 1" overall unless otherwise stated. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We recommend that you wash everything in COLD water and HANG DRY only. If you need any advice or help with your product sizing, please don't hesitate to email us at jjdixonrand@gmail.com.  

Embroidery/Patches- We ship all Chainstitch patches with an Iron-On Backing. If you do not want the backing, please make sure and note at Check-Out. The nature of Chainstitch emboidery makes each piece slightly unique; we attempt to replicate as close to the item listed as possible. 

 

SHIPPING

We ship using USPS. Domestic shipping is free for orders over $50. Due to the handcrafted nature of Dixon Rand apparel items, please allow 14 business days from order date for delivery when in Continental U.S. All other items shipped within 3-5 business days. 

Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped; please allow three (3) - five (5) business days for delivery. Confirmation email with Tracking number will be sent once your order is processed. Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are your responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship internationally to anywhere USPS services. RATES are calculated at time of checkout. We are not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Please allow up to ten (10) days from shipping confirmation to receive International packages.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES


Most of our products are cut to order and/or produced in limited edition runs. Return requests within 15 days of receipt of item(s) please. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jjdixonrand@gmail.com. Returns accepted with RA# only. Many of our items our produced in limited quantities so an exact replacement may not always be available.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. After 30 days, Store Credit will be issued to be applied to future purchase(s). No returns on custom products.

Returns with RA should be mailed to: PO Box 675970 Rancho Santa Fe California US 92067. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


REFUNDS

Qualifying items will be inspected upon return and a credit issued in the original form of payment within three (3) days of receipt. Please allow 2-3 business days for credit card refunds to post to your account.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, we are not able to accomodate refunds on those styles. We are happy to exchange for another size or style or issue a credit to be applied to a future purchase.
