RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Most of our products are cut to order and/or produced in limited edition runs. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged within 15 days of receipt. We accept returns for exchange or credit exchange however there are no refunds. To exchange, send us an email at jjdixonrand@gmail.com. Returns accepted with RA# only. Many of our items our produced in limited quantities so an exact replacement may not always be available.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. After 30 days, Store Credit will be issued to be applied to future purchase(s). No returns on custom products.
Returns with RA should be mailed to: 32 Green Meadow Loop, Santa Fe, NM, 87506. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
